Resolved Question: How do I switch homes/mortgages with a family member?
I have a small home at the shore with 29 yrs left on a $207,000 mortgage (est worth $280,000). My Aunt In-Law has a large home (est worth $300-500,000). She wants a small home at the shore - I want a large home. Seems like a match made in heaven but we are unsure of how to go about switching. Due to a recently failed business I have no saving, very bad credit, just enough income to pay my current mortgage, and have already been turned down for refinancing or the possibility of a new mortgage. I would guess since she has lived there all her life she owes little to nothing on her mortgage, and I know her income is basic. Her nest egg is the equity in her home. We thought about having her hold the note on her house with a “rent to own” deal but that still leaves our mortgage. A realtor said to sell out right to each other but without the ability for us to get a new mortgage we wouldn’t be able to afford her home. She doesn’t want to lose her equity either. Any advise?

BBQ Pulled Pork (Slow Cooker) - My Way
Wrap your head around the best indoor BBQ Pulled Pork Recipe on the internet…as of now. Adult Language!!!
Chef Jason Hill of www.CookingSessions.com shows you make a delicious and easy BBQ chicken recipe in this episode of "Chef Tips." After visiting the North Shore’s roadside huli huli chicken stands, Jason heads home to the chicken to share his version of Hawaiian BBQ chicken. First, prepare your BBQ chicken marinade the day before you plan to grill. Though you can prepare this as a BBQ rotisserie chicken, the results are more flavorful when you cut chicken into pieces. This recipe for BBQ chicken uses a flavorful marinade that includes brown sugar, honey, pineapple juice, sesame oil, fresh grated ginger and crushed garlic. When cooking BBQ chicken, consider using a smoker box. For authentic Hawaiian BBQ, use kiawe wood (known in America as mesquite chips). Once the honey BBQ chicken sauce has soaked into the meat overnight, remove from the refrigerator and cook over high heat, skin side down, turning a couple times. Then, move to the low burner and shut the lid, where it will slowly cook and smoke for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F. The smaller pieces will cook more quickly than the larger breast pieces. Serve this with your favorite mac salad, cole slaw and white rice. Go to http for the full printed recipe.

Justice League Unlimited - Season Two (DC Comics Classic Collection)
In the final 13 episodes of Justice League Unlimited, Grodd recruits Lex Luthor, Sinestro, Bizarro, Giganta, and hordes of other villains to form the Legion of Doom, leading to numerous action-packed episodes of villains fighting the superheroes of the expanded JLU. The core members of the original series–Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Hawkgirl, Flash, and Green Lantern–are supplemented by such heroes as Green Arrow, Black Canary, Supergirl, Red Tornado, and Mister Terrific. But even waves of super-beings would be a bore if the stories weren’t compelling and well-thought-out, and dashed with humor. It’s the respect for the viewer’s intelligence that elevates JLU beyond a kids’ series to arguably the best animated-superhero show ever.
During the season, Hawkgirl meets Katar Hol, Hawkman, who claims that he and Hawkgirl are the resurrection of centuries-ago lovers, which throws a wrench into her developing relationship with Green Lantern (”Shadow of the Hawk,” “Ancient History”). Flash fights a rogue’s gallery of his arch enemies alongside Batman and Orion (”Flash and Substance”), Luthor switches brains with the Flash in “The Great Brain Robbery” (inside joke: Michael Rosenbaum is the voice of Flash, but plays Lex Luthor in the series Smallville) , and Luthor’s and Grodd’s struggle for dominance of the Legion of Doom comes to a head in the final two-parter, which leads to an unlikely partnership against the ultimate supervillain. The series also dips into other characters and realms of DC comic-book lore, such as the Legion of Super-Heroes (”Far from Home”), Deadman (”Dead Reckoning”), the Seven Soldiers of Victory (”Patriot Act”), Birds of Prey (”Grudge Match”), and Mike Grell’s Warlord (”Chaos at the Earth’s Core”). In the bonus features, the series creators discuss JLU’s ongoing Cadmus story line, there’s a music-only track of the series’ final episode, and the creators do a 30-minute on-screen commentary talking about three late-season episodes. –David Horiuchi

Batman Beyond - Return of the Joker (The Original Uncut Version)
Some diehard Batfans have been slow to warm to the animated series Batman Beyond even though it was created by the same team responsible for the excellent Batman cartoon of the early ’90s. The Dark Knight should be a brooding avenger in a noir-nightmare Gotham City, the purists argue, not some smart-aleck teen four decades in the future, with jet packs, invisibility shields, and other sci-fi gizmos loaned him by an elderly Bruce Wayne (voiced, excellently as always, by Kevin Conroy, his stony bass given a raspy hint of old age), now confined to hobbling about on a cane and monitoring his protg’s activities from the Batcave. Between its respectful reexamination of the “tortured hero” mythos and its sleek, anime-inspired look, this feature-length movie should go a long way toward quieting their complaints. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that they’ve brought back the most legendary figure in the Rogues Gallery (voiced by Mark Hamill, deliciously deranged), but exactly how and why the Joker has managed to turn up 40 years after his last meeting with Batman still as youthful and diabolical as ever is explained not only logically but terrifyingly as well. The secret behind his arrival is perhaps the saddest, grimmest twist any purported “kids’ show” has dared to attempt. (Parents may well want to preview this tape before screening it for the very young.) Once again, Warner Brothers’ cartoon Batman has outshone all the live-action films, never allowing the thrilling action set pieces or flashes of wry humor to drown out the drama, even tragedy, of the all-too-human superheroes. –Bruce Reid

The four, given first names only in the announcement, will hold the offices of Interim Treasurer, Interim Director of Communications, Interim Membership Secretary and Interim Recording Secretary. D’Orazio had previously announced that if movement was not made in the direction of resuscitating the organization, she would take steps towards dissolution.

A flurry of scan posting activity between the announcement of the removal and the removal itself had put the outcome somewhat in doubt. The site will continue to post lists and series information not linked directly into scans. A consortium of publishers have started to target sites like OneManga.com in an attempt to reduce the reach of the fan-driven versions of their source material, a move that has some questioning whether or not it’s possible to make a dent in their availability. Scans found at OneManga.com were at the top of several google searches for various popular manga.

Friedrich Ghost Rider Case Continues In Federal Court
The Gary Friedrich case seeking to secure the copyright to the Ghost Rider character currently published and controlled by Marvel will continue in federal court, says the writer’s attorney Charles S. Kramer. The lawyer claims a recent court ruling against Friedrich only hurt the case’s progression in state court. Further, he claims that the federal portion of their lawsuit was always “the main part of our case.”
John Callahan, 1951-2010
John Callahan, the quadriplegic cartoonist whose work savaged the hypocrisies of everyday life including the realities of his own condition, died Saturday, July 24 in Portland, Oregon. He was 59 years old.
Callahan was adopted while still a baby, into a family that eventually gave him five siblings. He suffered from child abuse brought upon him from a presence outside of the family — a female teacher — and drank starting at the age of 12 in part as a way to ameliorate the pain of that experience. The young Callahan loved to draw; he loved to drink more. He would continue to consume copious amounts of alcohol up until and well after the incident that put him in a wheelchair, giving up alcohol in his late 20s. His experiences with alcohol later became one of the foundational subjects for his art and writing.
Callahan lost the use of his arms and legs in a traffic accident suffered at the age of 21, on July 22, 1972, in Los Angeles — a day Callahan would later recall in graphic detail following an evening he couldn’t even remember at the time. There followed an extensive period of rehabilitation, six months in length, before Callahan was released into a series of state institutions. He would eventually get kicked out of one of them for over-drinking. He sobered up after reaching rock bottom trying and failing to open a bottle of valium, an experience he would later describe in heartbreaking detail. Part of Callahan’s sobriety apparently involved attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, at least early on.
Some articles on the cartoonist suggest Callahan took to making comics as a way to negotiate the post-accident landscape, an impulse similar to the one that led him briefly into classes for counseling at Portland State University. The obituary in the Willamette Week by Chris Lydgate suggests a more standard progression: The newly sober Callahan entered PSU to study English and like so many cartoonists with less colorful personal backgrounds began to publish work in a school publication, this one called Vanguard. The cartoonist and animator Bill Plympton recalled meeting the young cartoonist in one of the many obituaries written after Callahan’s passing. Callahan came into Plympton’s class in the late 1970s to show him some work; Plympton talked about seeing past the crude linework and grasping the vast reservoir of talent making itself known in that work. Callahan found his first regular gig outside of school in David Milholland’s Clinton Street Quarterly publication, no longer in existence. Anecdotes related after his passing indicate that Callahan was submitting those same cartoons to several publications, local and national, at least by the early 1980s. By one count, he would publish in over 200 newspaper and magazines over his long and productive career. His client list would eventually include such publications as Hustler, the San Francisco Chronicle, the Los Angeles Times, the Chicago Tribune, Harper’s and the New York Daily News.
The subject matter of Callahan’s cartoons was often cruel, slightly bizarre gag-work featuring morose or even macabre activity, much of it especially in the first half of his career featuring people with disabilities. The initial reaction to those strips was frequently driven by someone’s negative take on the very idea of the subject matter — it was a time period when a lot of cartooning worked hard at the outer edge of breaking taboos for the sake of breaking taboos, frequently without the wit and ultimate truth-telling of Callahan’s work — followed by the complaining party finding out that Callahan was in a wheelchair himself (he drew not with his mouth but with both hands placed on a pen) and perhaps working their way towards a different conclusion. Callahan would continue to garner plaudits and significant criticism through the duration of his career, twin sides of a coin that fascinated the cartoonist in terms of seeing how his work settled in with all different types of people. His fans and admirers believed Callahan’s matter of fact treatment of people with various handicaps humanized them, as opposed to treating them as a class of persons that needed to be treated delicately, or, as was frequently the case, not representing them at all.
Above and beyond his chosen subject matter, Callahan was recognized as a first-rate funny person, lauded in his lifetime by a range of creative people from Dave Barry to Gary Larson. He was seen as a brave comedian who communicated his view of a world with the same force and direction he used to charge down the street in his wheelchair, where so much about the fragile, ridiculous and stridently unfair elements of the human condition spoke directly against the enormous amount of extraneous nonsense so many in a position of relative luxury carry around. John Callahan made cartoons that might make you shriek if you recognized yourself, and might make you take a second look if you saw someone you knew but hadn’t deeply considered.
Callahan was an emblematic Portland cultural figure, a well-known local who negotiated his downtown neighborhood environs for years, interacting with as many folks as possible. He was the Portland cartoonist for a local citizenry that may to this day lack any sense of the large comic book creative community within its borders. His work was published locally by the alternative weekly Willamette Week since 1983, again sometimes to plaudits and sometimes to bitter complaints. Their affectionate obituary suggested Callahan likely received more letters of complaint than every other person in the history of the publication combined. Callahan was passionately eulogized by a number of Northwest press outlets, and remembered fondly in the on-line communities surrounding those publications.
A key moment in Callahan’s career was the 1989 publication of his autobiography from William Morrow, Don’t Worry, He Won’t Get Far On Foot, and the subsequent popular trade paperback from Vintage in 1990. Don’t Worry brought Callahan’s lacerating, honest approach into prose form via its exploration of his debilitating accident, his alcoholism, and the narrative provided by the adopted cartoonist’s search for his birth mother. It’s hard to imagine any better book about a cartoonist or comics figure. That book gave a certain weight and credence to the way Callahan approached his cartoons, and likely helped make his cartoon collections a presence in bookstores in the decade-plus to come when there were very few gag cartoonists appearing on those shelves.
Callahan became one of the quietly successful cartoonists in bookstores. A variety of his collections and related projects were widely available during a period where most cartoonists from the usual sources — such as The New Yorker — were published intermittently or not at all. His books included Digesting The Child Within And Other Cartoons To Live By (1991), Do Not Disturb Any Further, Do What He Says! He’s Crazy!! (1992), I Think I Was An Alcoholic (1993), the amazingly-titled The Night, They Say, Was Made For Love: Plus, My Sexual Scrapbook (1993), What Kind Of God Would Allow A Thing Like This To Happen?!! (1995), Freaks Of Nature (1995) and Get Down!!: Dog Cartoons (2002). The Best Of Callahan was released by Ballantine in 2003. In addition to the more standard cartoon books — not that much of anything about Callahan’s work was standard — and the autobiography, the cartoonist penned a children’s book called The King Of Things And The Cranberry Clown (1994). “Cranberry Clown” was an appellation used for the red-haired Callahan.
Two TV series based on Callahan’s work were made: Pelswick (2000), a more traditional show about a boy in a wheelchair which aired in Canada for which he wrote and served as executive producer, and Quads (2001), which also aired in Canada, I believe Australia and spent some time in rotation on the Adult Swim chunk of programming. Quads shared some of the more daring elements of Callahan’s gag cartoons, and remains available on DVD. A five-minute animated adaptation of I Think I Was An Alcoholic made in 1993 featured Callahan doing a voiceover.
In later years, Callahan pursued different avenues of artistic expression. His cartoons changed subject matter slightly to reflect less of an interest in his own condition and perhaps his feelings towards women, and more a wider variety of agents and actors. He released a CD called Purple Winos In The Rain in Fall 2006. That collection of music featured songs; Callahan wrote the music and lyrics for each song. According to a brief mention on his wikipedia page, Callahan was working on an art project featuring a mix of portraits and nudes, works from which were being shown periodically at galleries.
While Callahan enjoyed a full career somewhat outside of the cartooning mainstream, he enjoyed the patronage of other talented people: the actor William Hurt was the first to buy rights to Callahan’s life story. Robin Williams wrote an introduction to Callahan’s wonderfully-titled Will The Real John Callahan Please Stand Up and for a long time was developing a movie based on the cartoonist’s life. The comedian Dave Attell visited Callahan as part of the Portland episode of his well-regarded Insomniac television show on Comedy Central. Larger-than-life musician and sometimes-actor Tom Waits made a cameo experience on Purple Winos. Gus Van Sant was another figure interested in a Callahan movie, or at least met with the cartoonist and took notes for a project of some sort. A documentary about his life called Touch Me Someplace I Can Feel was completed by Dutch filmmaker Simone De Vries and made its premiere in February 2007 at the Portland International Film Festival. According to an anecdote that made the rounds after Callahan’s passing, the writer and performer Kinky Friedman had contacted Callahan about opening his show on July 27 of this year, Callahan having provided the illustrations to Friedman’s Texas Hold ‘Em (2006).
The family reported to the Oregonian that the cartoonist’s death was related to infections suffered due to his wheelchair bound status, while another report suggested these maladies had intensified during his last year following a 2009 surgery. Callahan entered the hospital on July 22, was briefly moved to a hospice on the morning of July 24 and then returned to the hospital where he died shortly thereafter. A friend of Callahan’s said the cartoonist suspected his life was coming to a close, and was able to make some goodbyes before the ambulance came. A Catholic funeral service — one of the cartoonist’s final wishes — was held for Callahan late last week. He was cremated.
Callahan is survived by his mother, five brothers and sisters, and 11 nephews and nieces.

A website for the canine lovers
By chick4 chick4
People who are passionate about dogs know how invaluable the canine creatures can be in life. They offer selfless love and faithfulness to the owners. The dog lovers also try to show love to their beloved pets. Some buy gifts and food treats for their dogs. However for some people the idea of posting their dogs pictures online is a cherished one.
There are some web sites that give the dog owners the scope to send their pets images to take part in dog photo contests. The sites have dedicated sections for various breeds of dogs. If one has a large dog like the Labrador and another has a cute Chihuahua, both will have to submit the photos of their dogs in different sections. Some other sites also invite photos from the dog owners and keep galleries of funny dog pictures. These photos keep the dog lovers entertained and provide relaxation.
If one is looking for a free dog photo and picture site where he can find and submit funny dog photos he can select a site named Virtual Dog Park. It wants the dog owners to submit clear and vivid photos of their dogs. The site uses the photos sent by the dog owners and combines them with hilarious articles. People who submit the crazy pictures of their dogs enjoy seeing them online and show off to their friends.
One can also download the picture of the funny dogs and use it as his desktop wallpaper and send it to friends. Every month the site selects the picture of a dog that it finds the funniest. People having various sized dogs can take part in its funny dog contest.
All a person needs to do is send a dog picture into Virtual Dog Park through their easy quick easy form and then let them create a funny new image that includes your dog picture in it. Then they write a funny headline and funny news article about the picture
The site came into existence a few years back. It all started with some friends exchanging some crazy dog photos with email. It has a section named quick bites that offer the viewers with hilarious fake news and silly dog comics. The site has a team of talented and creative writers who create these laughter provoking stories. These hilarious stories present serious, political and other news events from a dogs point of view.
One can get a taste of dog humor by reading the fake news at this site. It also covers loveable puppies along with the matured dogs. The sight of dogs commenting on serious human activities with mock seriousness is laughter provoking. Moreover one can interact with other people who are passionate about dogs and share his feelings.
It is an undeniable fact that dogs are among the most loveable pets of the world. But there are few sites that let dog lovers have a look at the world and important events from the perspective of a canine. One can not but laugh heartily at the funny news published in the site while fully knowing it to be fake. It provides people with a welcome relief from the monotony of life.

How To Maximize The Value Of Your Comics - Comic Book Values-00-1085
By shojul
Investments mean putting down your money now for greater returns in the future. With this logic in mind, comic book collections then become a long-term investment. Just ask the old-timers who are selling their collections for three or four digits a set.
Converting them to todays standards, the average comic book values for a collection would cost a few hundred dollars. The pay-off after a few decades could reach ten or even a hundred times their original value. This is definitely worth considering, especially if youre an avid comic book fan.
However, how can you get the most for your buck? How can you earn the most that you can from your collection? How do you maximize the value of your comics? Here are a few ways for you to do just that:
Put a balance between niche and mainstream. Selection of titles to preserve for years to come plays a pretty big role in maximizing the value of your comics. Comics that are too popular will have a large following that will be stockpiling their comics, causing comic book values to stay low since many people have copies readily available. On the other hand, comics that are too niche or small-scale wont have many buyers, and youll be hard-pressed to find someone who wants to buy something that no one really wants.
So if you want to get the most return for your money, choose to store comics that are in between the two extremes: popular enough to warrant an audience, but niche enough that not many would hoard these comics.
Preserve the comics. A zip-lock bag may seem like its good enough to store your comics in the long run, but it sure as hell isnt. Comic book values depend greatly on the condition of the comic: a slight discoloration or crease on the paper will result in its value being cut by more than half of its original value.
As much as possible, try to find copies that are in air-tight containers and dont open them, even when the end of the world comes knocking on your door. Keep these sealed copies out of direct sunlight and in well-ventilated and controlled environments. Specially designed containers designed to preserve important documents are the best option in order to keep your copies in mint-perfect condition.
Monitor the prices. In a way, comic book values function a lot like the stock market: they go up and down with the passage of time. To get the best deal for your collections, you will need to sell your comics at the peak of their demand, before people start to forget about the existence your collection altogether and lose interest in it.
Buying comic book price guides and checking up on the prices on the Internet will allow you to track the prices of your comics. Try to read the trends and if youve got a background in stock analysis, sell when the value is at its best. If youre not an expert in stocks, set realistic comic book values for your collection and wait until the market price hits the mark. Dont make these values too high, though, or you may find yourself waiting for nothing.

What Are Ways To Read Comic Books?
By MIKE SELVON
Once upon a time, youngsters hopped into bed, pulled out their flashlights and settled in to read comic books, soaking up their favorite superhero’s adventures. Today, iPhones, laptops and DVDs have become the new mediums for graphic novels.
Comic books DC and Marvel have created are being converted into digital formats slowly but surely. While the paper sale of graphic novels in the North American market is still a healthy $705 million (quintupling since 2001), there is still the desire to modernize and change with the times, just as the characters in the comic books have. Some call it “evolution,” while others just call it “business.” Either way, given the enduring success of the hero narrative, comic book series aren’t likely to go anywhere anytime soon.
Many fans just want to read comics for free. After all, that’s what the internet and peer-to-peer is all about, right? There are a few databases offering graphic novels for free. Manga comics, like Naruto, Bleach, Love Junkies, Pokemon and Vampire Knight can be found at Mangafox and Mangavolume, for instance. More than three hundred conventional classics from DC, Marvel, Dark Horse, Vertigo, Wild Storm and Oni can be found at Lorencollins.
Fans looking for “Golden Age” comics can find comic book series like “Tales of Horror,” “Out of the Shadows,” “Jumbo Comics,” “Exciting Comics” and “The Perfect Crime” (with characters like Ibis the Invincible and Blue Beetle) at Comicweb. Other comics from that time period, like “Baffling Mysteries,” “Strange Fantasy,” “Underworld,” “Famous Funnies,” “Forbidden Worlds” or “Whiz Comics” can be viewed at Goldenagecomics. Additionally, for fans of DC comic book characters, the first five issues of each major series are being offered as free PDF downloads at Ugo.
Of course, not everyone feels like sitting inside to read comic books in their rooms all day long. Now fans can take their favorite comics graphic novels outside, on the bus, into the lunchroom or on break at work with Nintendo DS portable players, iPods and iPhones. “Comic Book DS” is a neat application that can be downloaded at 4colorrebellion, so that comics can be read on Nintendo DS systems.
For the iPhone or iPod Touch, fans will need the “ComicZeal” program, which can be purchased for $1.99 at Igoapps. To read comics on a laptop, a program like Adobe Acrobat Reader will likely be required.
So where does this take the future of comics? Marvel Comics Publisher Dan Buckley says they want people to read comic books using new formats, but they’re still undertaking research to see where their time and efforts are best spent. “We’re still quibbling about what the primary form of revenue will be,” Buckley said, relaying that some comics can be found online for free.
“We don’t want to do anything to hurt anybody in the short term,” he added, meaning the independent comic book store. In general, the comic book industry agrees that the internet can be a great way for comics to gain a larger audience.
A free gift awaits you at our portal site, where you can enrich your knowledge further about ways to read comic books. Your comment is much appreciated at our how to draw comics blog.

A dumb comic I drew when I was either 14 or 15. As you’ll find out, it doesn’t go anywhere. When I was a young teenager, I romanticized ty slacker punk lifestyles. These two guys live in a ty studio apartment with no furniture in North Providence and live off of popcorn and eggs and spaghetti. This was sort of my reality when I drew this.

Jurgens was nothing special on Superman, this story and his Thor run are among the most boring of stories. Heck, Death of Superman was in a way the end of comics as we know it, with few issues being left undamaged by the no talent work.

This was a shame. I think supergirl is a cool character and can be done well, but this just makes clear that DC has no idea what to do with her. There is no characterization, no back up characters and the story can only loosely be called a “story.” The

Men Manga Genre Summary
By Alex Scott
Guys are the major audience of comics translated from Japanese and generally known as manga. Despite their omnivorousness, they are targeted by several genres like seinen, shonen, ecchi and hentai. Any of them can contain some comedy, drama, fantasy, mysticism and others.
Shonen manga usually features male protagonists in high-action humorous plots about friendship in teams. Sometimes attractive girls appear - check Dragon Ball Z. Shonen style is typically more reserved than shojo, though some artists are engaged in both. The best shounen are:
* Air Gear by Oh! Great
* Beck Manga by Harold Sakuishi
* Bleach by Tite Kubo
* Captain Tsubasa by Takahashi Yoichi
* Fairy Tail by Mashima Hiro
* Gintama by Hideaki Sorachi
* Hayate the Combat Butler by Kenjirou Hata
* Hunter X Hunter by Togashi Yoshihiro
* Mahou Sensei Negima! by Ken Akamatsu
* O-Parts Hunter by Seishi Kishimoto
* Rosario+Vampire by Ikeda Akihisa
* Rurouni Kenshin by Nobuhiro Watsuki
* School Rumble by Jin Kobayashi
Men (18-30 years old and even 40-year-old businessmen) are served by seinen manga with many art styles (from avant-garde to pornographic) and themes. Seinen means guys and is the male equivalent to josei manga. The best seinen are:
* 3×3 Eyes by Yuuzou Takada
* Addicted To Curry by Funatsu Kazuki
* Berserk by Kentaro Miura
* Black Lagoon by Hiroe Rei
* Chobits by CLAMP
* Genshiken by Kio Shimoku
* Hellsing by Kouta Hirano
* Maison Ikkoku by Rumiko Takahashi
* Oh My Goddess! by Kosuke Fujishima
* Psychic Academy by KATSU Aki
* Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou by Ashinano Hitoshi
Western fans know little of seinen manga for its scarce publishing outside Japan and hardly distinguish it from shonen. Old Japanese men often read convenient shonen magazines in commuter trains.
Ecchi manga is famous for eroticism. Unlike hentai with its explicit sex, ecchi shows erotic scenes with a hint at sexual relations varying in openness depending on the target audience age.
The main art device in ecchi is a fun service (a free bonus). It uses hints at eroticism like showing characters (primarily girls for the male target audience) in ambiguous poses, foreshortening for viewers to see the character’s underwear (pantsu shot), exaggerating breasts and buttocks, various awkward situations for a male character like accidentally appearing at a women bath or checkroom or falling on a girl, etc.
The most well-known ecchi manga are:
* AIKI by Isutoshi
* DNA2 by Masakazu Katsura
* Futaba-kun Change by Hiroshi Aro
* Girl Saurus by Kei Kusunoki
* Ichigo 100% by Mizuki Kawaa
* I’s by Katsura Masakazu
* Love Hina by Ken Akamatsu
* Mx0 by Yasuhiro Kano
* Pastel by Toshihiko Kobayashi
* To-LOVE-Ru Trouble by Saki Hasemi and Kentaro Yabuki
As a whole, apart from a fun service, ecchi aims to give the plotline certain scenes and angles that don’t create the plot but ask for some feedback from the target audience to increase its interest and/or attract potential viewers.
Ecchi and fun service elements are present virtually in all anime and manga targeting juvenile audience of 16-25. For example, a usual fun service for seinen anime are erotic hints (ecchi) or colorful battle scenes.
Hentai manga features erotic and porn scenes. The softest hentai version without explicit sex is ecchi above. Underlying ecchi, a fun service has nothing to do with hentai though.
Hentai (ugliness or pervert in Japanese) pornographic scenes can be of different content and type. The variations include yaoi, yuri, horrors and other. But classifying hentai only by erotic content would be wrong since like any other anime hentai can include comedy, mysticism, fiction, fantasy, romance, etc.
Japanese hentai makers have to censor their opuses like any other porn. However American anime releases have no inguinal region curtains thus enjoying great popularity in Europe.
The most famous hentai are:
* God of black tights by Hiroki Tsukiyoshi
* Dawn of the Silver Dragon by Masayoshi Mukai
* Love Selection by Gunma Kisaragi
* My Lovely Ghost Kana by Yutaka Tanaka
* My Slave by Distance
* Shoujo Material by Hanaharu Naruko
Japanese manga differs greatly from American comics in drawing style and plot. Supermen and zombies are rather rare in manga. It mostly has a complicated but appealing plot and a lot of a fun service doesn’t leave its audience indifferent.
Alex Scott is a big fan of manga. You can find seinen manga online on AnyManga.com - Read Manga Online.
Impending Marvel Motion pictures That A lot of Comic Book Fans Can’t Wait To See
By Dwayne T. Drummond
The next Marvel films to look at are the following:
Iron Man 2 (7 May 2010)
Thor (6 May 2011)
The First Avenger: Captain America (22 July 2011)
The Avengers (4 May 2012)
Other Marvel films that are within works that I’m not particularly excited regarding include Spider-Man 4 and Ghost Rider 2 (which I have heard is likely to be made), both of which are following up films that did not truthfully entertain me too a good deal ahead of (ie. the concluding Spider-Man film, which was a big disappointment for me, and the first Ghost Rider film -bleh). Funny that the least intriguing impending Marvel movies are ones not produced by Marvel itself, eh?
IRON MAN 2
I am genuinely looking forward to this one given how well the first Iron Man motion picture was. With this sequel, Robert Downey Jr. and nearly all of the other principle cast members will be back to further develope their characters. We will almost certainly become to observe Tony stark further develop as well as refine his armor and also become to witness certain new villains like Whiplash and Justin Stane. In addition we will get to witness another possible impending Avenger the Black Widow, and become our first glimpse of War Machine. If they follow the first motion picture in sneaking in a teaser at the end of the credits it would be neat to witness one more subsequent motion picture or character lead up hinted at.
THOR
Some might think of this upcoming Thor motion picture as less of a enticement given the lower profile of the movies leading character. Marvel comicbook version of the mythological character Thor is the star of his own monthly book and has recently enjoyed a renewed popularity with readers. The film version of the character will be directed by Kenneth Branagh as well as could doubtless hook enthusiasts of the more mystical movies such as Lord Of The Rings, etc. depending in relation to how Branagh chooses to develop or play out the story. I’m not truthfully familiar with Chris Hemsworths body of work then far then my feelings regarding him as the lead are pretty a great deal neutral for this movie.
CAPTAIN AMERICA
This is one that I’m in every single one honesty uncommon on the subject of. the possibilities are here for a sincerely sufficient Captain America motion picture to be made: they have a capable director in Joe Johnston, and a appropriate cast with the choice of Chris Evans as Steve Rogers / Captain America and Hugo Weaving as the villainous Red Skull. Naturally Johnston does seem to have a reputation of being somewhat hit or miss with his past ventures, with his most latest effort, The Wolfman, meeting with mixed reviews. Will be interesting to follow the progress of this one
AVENGERS
Well this next Avengers film is the one that sincerely has me hopeful that sincerely has me excited. Of every one the next Marvel ventures in the works, this is the film that it has every one been leading up to. By the time work starts vis–vis this film, it will have pretty a sufficient deal cast itself, what with almost all of the major characters of the movie being already established within the previous movies, from the first Iron Man movie, to the Incredible Hulk movie, and the others on the other hand to be released. It has been suggested that Loki might enormously well be the vital villain of the piece which would be adequate seeing as how he was the principle villain of the exceptionally first query of the Avengers comicbook waayy back in the 1960s. even that villain (Loki) will have been previously used within upcoming Thor film previous to he would appear within the Avengers. Fresh rumour has suggested that Ed Norton might awfully well be open to reprising his role as Doctor Bruce Banner/The hulk from the closing Hulk motion picture. that would be more potential reasonable news for me since I was a fan of his performance within the Incredible Hulk film.
Well there you have it: over the impending number of years there will be quite several popcorn films, such as the Avengers, released from Marvel Entertainment as self-produced projects that a lot of comicbook fans are excited in relation to seeing and (I believe) for appropriate reason. Back when Marvel decided to effectively go it alone with their impending film ventures they were definitely taking a gamble, and now it seems as if their gamble was one that might end up paying off for the studio in a huge way over the years to come.
Marvel Comics Entertaining for Years
By Max Luke
Many of us can think back and remember all of the things that we really loved and enjoyed as children. But after attaining adulthood those very things are either forgotten or simply ignored for newer fashionable things. Yet there are still certain things that are too addictive to get rid off! But, many people will never stop enjoying the comic books that they once enjoyed as children. How can anyone resist the pull of Spider man, Iron Man or the Hulk, the Fantastic Four, Captain America and others? We all love reading the comics from our childhood. Maybe it helps us remember the easy times in our lives.
Martin Goodman started this company years ago and it was called Timely Publications at that time. It was created by a man named Martin Goodman.
The comic book company reached its cult status thanks to the love shown by the generation of readers to its characters. But, it is important to remember that they would not have gone anywhere if they did not have a story. These stories were created by men like Steve Ditko and Jack Kirby.
The first comic hero that this company created was the Human Torch. It was a runaway hit.The first patriotically themed superhero was Captain America. He did just as well as the Torch, if not better.
Over the years many new characters were created with excellent storyline under the deft leadership of the editors. There were so many that became successful thanks to the work put in by many teams and advertisers that knew how to do their jobs well.
The popularity of the comics is so huge that the characters were taken from the pages of the comics to the cinema screen. That is why many of them were actually made into movies and you can watch them come to life in the movie theater.
Marvel comics, based in New York, has continued to grow and be a successful company but they have still faced some difficulties. That does not mean that they have not faced their share of challenges. They have a large rival company called DC comics and they even lost a lot of their great writers along the way. But, they continue to please their fans and make their characters come to life so that people can enjoy them for years to come.

I think the biggest problem with the Supergirl character was that she was never anything more than a pale imitation of her famous cousin. Whatever depth the character might have had was never strong enough to let her step out of Superman’s shadow. Wheth

Open Question: House Insurance — Big problem - need advice!?
My wife and I own a house and are trying to obtain a new Homeowners insurance policy. You see, we’ve lived here for 2 yrs and were robbed 2x in the first 13 months…We since installed a GOOD alarm system, put security doors up and haven’t had any problems. It’s not a bad neighborhood perse, maybe just bad luck, living on a corner and such.
Our Insurance is “non-renewing” our policy and we’re trying to find a new one, but it’s tough as you can probably guess. It’s REALLY ING me off, as this is not our fault, we make sufficient income, have EXCELLENT credit (I know this means little to insurance), but are currently working with the company that handles our car insurance. They tried one place and were told no and are currently looking into another.
What happens if we aren’t able to find anything, at least right away? I believe that our mortgage company says that we need insurance (states on contract). We only have about a week to find something, otherwise…
Advice?
I know some of you would say to move, but that’s out of the question. House prices are down right now, so we’re going to ride it out. What we need to know, is what we should do RIGHT now, or what our options are. I seriously don’t know why the mortgage company needs to get involved, as it has nothing to do with that… We’re responsible, college graduate young couple with their first house. What a lousy experience this has been.
Thanks for all of the advice. Yes, its down to the wire now. Hopefully the agent is able to find something by Monday, otherwise I’m going to another local guy. We only have ONE WEEK left to find something.
I live in CA and to answer the last poster’s question, my driving record is clean (13 yrs). This is all a big nightmare.

Superman being a generally optimistic character, at times naive for his undying faith in people, is at a terrible point in his life here. Ruin is systematically attacking Clark Kent’s friends and family, proving to Superman that whoever Ruin is, he’s so

–Bruce Reid
